A Natural Desire To Be Beautiful

Who hasn't desired to be naturally beautiful!

As Foundation Of Natural Beauty's founder Elizabeth Roe, I am no exception to this desire to be naturally beautiful.

After struggling with sallow skin, spots, and dark circles around my eyes that made me look like my part time career was as a boxer, I believed I had tried everything beauty wise.

Then I stumbled across organic natural skin care, and in a moment I was hooked! From my first tentative experience with organic soap (do I get bubbles I wondered) to the joyful experience when my own mother commented on my lack of dark circles (that had been there my whole life according to her) It has been a wonderful journey, and after experiencing such fantastic results with my own skin, I wanted to pass on this passion, this love and joy that can be natural beauty.

From this desire to be naturally beautiful (or at the very least get rid of the dark circles) there came another desire, that of to be kind to my skin and give it the care it needed, not from using chemicals and animal parts on it, but from the very nature that surrounds us.

And from these desires came the belief that natural organic skin care is the future of beauty, and the belief and determination to bring organic natural beauty into the mainstream beauty industry, making it not less about being organic and natural but also making it about being just naturally beautiful, and caring and kind to where we all live. Our skin and our planet.

Natural beauty surrounds us. From the people who share our life to the mountains, rivers, trees and flowers that are part of our landscape.

One cannot live here and not be inspired by the very beautiful, wild and pure beauty that is just part and parcel of the Highlands of Scotland. It is wild and beautiful and a joy and a privilege to live in it.
