Delivery And Returns Policy

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process your order as soon as it is received in our sales department.

You should normally receive your order within five working days. But please be aware that some of our products may take longer to be delivered due to our suppliers delays or being out of stock.

In respect of international orders please be advised to contact us prior to completing your order in order that we can inform you of the approximate delivery time for your order and additional postage costs.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you advising you of any delay in delivery, with the option of cancelling your order and refunding your payment in full with us if you wish.

Your order will be sent to you by 1st class mail or parcel post depending on the weight of the item.

Cancelling and Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This must be done in a written format, preferably by email.

If you decide to cancel the contract you must return the goods to us in a timely fashion, within seven days of receiving the product and take reasonable care of the goods. Please note that we cannot accept return of the goods if they have been opened or used.

The cost of returning goods after cancelling an order is the customer's responsibility and where possible please return goods in their original packaging.

Please also note that if you are returning goods to ensure that at the point of delivery you receive proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility at that time, any losses that occur and no proof of postage is evident is then your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately, and return the goods to us without delay, upon receipt we will exchange them or refund payment. Damaged or faulty goods may only be returned up to twenty-eight days after delivery.
