How do I pay for my order?

We exclusively use Paypal's secure servers for online payment for your order. This means you can use any major credit or debit card to pay for your items. When you are ready for checkout click on the shopping basket link at the top of the screen and follow the instructions on screen that will guide you through Paypal's secure payment section. Paypal is free to join and you will be offered the opportunity to join Paypal at the checkout. In order to pay securely for your order you do not need to join Paypal or have a Paypal account, you can simply pay using your credit or debit card through Paypal's secure servers.

Alternatively you can fill in a postal order form here, print it off and mail it to us with either a cheque or postal order. Please be advised if you pay by cheque then we will only ship your items to you after payment has fully cleared into our bank account. Another alternative is to email the downloaded and completed order form to us and then pay by direct bank transfer into our bank account, please email us here for further details about this option.

Are my details secure?

Online payment is made through Paypal's secure server. We as a company do not see or have any direct connection with your credit card, debit card or payment details. Click here to read more about Paypal's security.

The email address you use for your order or to communicate with us in any way will be entered into our secure database. We will never give any customer details including email addresses out to any third party, we will not sell them, rent them or offer them in any manner to any other business. Your details and order are 100% secure. However, we do understand that online internet payment is not ideal for everyone so we do offer an alternative way to pay, you can pay by cheque or postal order for your items. Click here for a downloadable order form to send to us.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We can deliver any of our items to you wherever you live, but if you live outisde the UK then please get in touch at this email address giving us details of the items you would like to order, and your postal address so that we can calculate a postage charge and approximate delivery time for your order, if you decide to go ahead with the order we will prepare an invoice through Paypal and send it direct to your email address.

My order has not arrived what should I do?

We aim to process and ship your order to you within one or two working days. Working days are specifically Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Delays may occur when our suppliers are out of stock of an item or we suffer delays in deliveries to us. If your order has not arrived after seven days please contact us at our email address, including your name, address, the transaction ID or order reference that will be on any email you received through Paypal regarding your order and we will investigate the problem immediately.

Do however be aware that Royal Mail delays and any postal strikes will affect the expected time of delivery of your order.

I would like more information regarding ingredients?

We are aware that many of our customers are interested in knowing exactly what goes into the products that we sell, and where we can we endeavour to detail the ingredients on the product listing page. If you have a specific question regarding any ingredients, or suitability of the product please do contact us at this email address.

Can you recommend a product for my skin type/condition?

If you have a particular skin type or condition, for instance eczema or acne, we can offer product recommendations along with advice, please contact us on this email address and give us as much information as possible so that we can make a more accurate recommendation or more specific advice.

Do you do gift wrapping?

The cost of our gift wrapping service is £2.99. If you wish to send an order as a gift, please send us an email once you have placed your order through Paypal. Please include in your email, your name, the transaction ID or order reference on your Paypal receipt, and the following information: delivery name and address, specific occassion, for example birthday and a personal message for the gift card. We will then prepare you an invoice through Paypal for £2.99 which we will send direct to your email address for payment. The order will then be prepared (without an invoice inside) and sent personally gift wrapped with a hand-written message to the gift recipient.
