Foundation Of Natural Beauty (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) provides the services available on this site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the site you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound to these Terms and Conditions. These conditions do not affect the consumers’ statutory rights.
Prices
We will ensure that the price of goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. This means that we will show the actual price clearly and there will be no hidden extras, with all prices inclusive of VAT. The packing and delivery charge will be clearly stated on the order form and we will show the total price you pay before you confirm the order. The price you pay as displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund.
Orders
Orders are placed online through this website, with clear instructions to guide you through the process. The site allows you to check your order and confirm or change it prior to placing your order with us when you click the send button at the end of the process. Once your order has been received we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement, outlining the details and value of your order. We may choose not to take your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you by e-mail and offer a full refund or you can choose an alternative.
Payment
Payment can be made using Paypal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses, or does not for any reason, authorise payment to us, either in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Merchandise Information
We commit to doing our best to ensure that all product descriptions, information, prices, product imagery, and delivery information that appears on this site are correct at the time the information was placed on the site. We always aim to ensure the site is kept up to date, however information may not always reflect the product exactly at the time of an order.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods you have ordered by the delivery option selected by you during the ordering process. Delivery timescales quoted are estimations only, and will be subject to stock availability. We do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by any third party. For orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays despatch will normally take place on the next working day.
Promotions
All promotions are subject to availability, and we offer no cash alternatives. We reserve the right to change promotions at any time.
Refunds
We will provide the option of a refund, within a reasonable time, specifically seven days after the order is delivered to the customer, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the customer ordered. We will give refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. You, as the consumer, are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to your cancellation of the order.
Cooling off Period
As this purchase has been made through distance selling methods, you are entitled by law to cancel this order within seven working days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. This is known as as the"cooling off" period. All of the above is in addition to your statutory rights. If you intend to return the goods under this provision, you are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to your cancellation of the order. Should you decide to do this, we will refund your money within 30 days. Returns must be made by registered post and you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Complaints
We will attenot to deal with complaints effectively and efficiently. Our arrangement for handling complaints will be; fair, clear and easy to understand, efficient and confidential. If you have any complaints or any feedback on our products or service please contact us.

We must meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will say if we intend to send you marketing material, and will only pass your details onto others with your explicit permission. The details supplied on your order are kept securely and in strict confidence. The information will only be used unless specified otherwise in order to process your order effectively and efficiently.

By using this site and purchasing products through it you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us, and supersede and govern all previous proposals, agreements or other communications.
